First time she came over, John's cousin, Elyssa, told me she loved the scared baby stage. Being a new mom, I had no idea what she was talking about and definitely did not know I, too, would become a lover of this stage. The slightest noise, peculiar sound, quick move and Sloane freezes up with huge eyes and arms that go straight out.
The only downside to this hysterical "past time" is when it comes to taking pictures. If I have a flash on the camera, all you are going to see are the whites of her eyes. I have tried to capture her ever-changing eye color, but only get shocked eyes....until today.
